You updated candy crush and I've now got to start from the beginning again! Its an annoyance to say the least. Please make sure that when you update a game it keeps the old scores, if you can't then don't update it......
I clean out my web browser each time it closes, but I'll give it a go manually

I was on the 9th level and the music challenge disappeared.
I collected all the tapes in the right timeframe but did not get my 300 goldbars. That feels real unfair. Is it still possible to get them? I earned them fairly.
The event had 1 day left and just disappeared! I was so close to the finish. Make it right please. Also, you can't chat with the bot on the help center of the app on Android, the bottom screen function buttons cover the text field and you can't click on it to start typing.
