Candy Shop Option of $15.99 has been grayed out/unavailable for me to purchase. How do I fix?

Candy Crush option that I purchase in the Candy shop has been made unavailable for me to purchase ($15.99). I have closed the application and reopened to no avail. Last time this happened, I had to uninstall and reinstall the application, but lost all my boosters when I did. Since it is happening again, I want to find out if there is another fix?
