I forgot to connect my game to facebook, I upgraded my apps on my phone and I lost my progress!

Hello everyone !I upgraded all the apps on my phone and I forgot to connect my games to facebook.Now I lost all my progress !I connected them to facebook, but I couldn`t retrieve my progress back.

Any help please !My games are: Candy Crush Jelly, Candy Crush Saga, Candy Crush Soda.
