connection with facebook from mobile app

mobile app does not let me connect to facebook. This is ongoing, so please correct it. I continually get a message saying, failed, sorry, you don't have access to the Kingdom, right now. Please try connecting again later. The answer is not with my IP or my phone, so please just correct it, thank you kindly
