How can I get back to my original level in candy crush ?

Phone backup caused me to drop over 100 levels. I was up to 386 and dropped down to 2 something. I hate to think I have to replay all those games, I worked hard getting there ! Is there a way to get back to my level ? I was not connected to Facebook. Thanks for any help.
