I los the progress I had. I was on level 490 but after I uninstall and reinstall it again, do to memoria issues, I went back to level 20. Can you help me getting my progress back with my Facebook account?

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
