My app on iPhone 7 is stuck. I passed 2390 (3x now) and it moved me into the middle of the grass and I've had no movement for 3 days. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Please help!

The event had 1 day left and just disappeared! I was so close to the finish. Make it right please. Also, you can't chat with the bot on the help center of the app on Android, the bottom screen function buttons cover the text field and you can't click on it to start typing.
Only the first gummy dragon dispenses. Then, no matter how I match, clear the board, use striped or wrapped candies or have up to 14 moves left, NO more dragons dispense. Please help!
