Candy Crush on Android will not connect to Facebook

For three days now, when I play Candy Crush on my Android phone, it will not connect to Facebook. I have tried de-installing both the Candy Crush app and the Facebook app and reinstalling. I have tried signing into Facebook from the browser instead of the app and getting to the game from there. Still doesn't work. There's no "play from my phone" button anymore on the game when I play on my laptop. I cleared cookies and history on my cell phone, still no luck. Any other suggestions?

Hi Baje, if you have been playing the game through Facebook or the Kingdom then your progress is saved but please do NOT uninstall the game on your mobile device unless nothing else works.  You will lose all boosters and lives if you uninstall the game because the boosters and lives are saved just to that device.  Try to do this with your phone.  Clear the history and then shut down the device, wait about 10 seconds and reopen the device.  Then open the game and log out of Facebook and log back in.  Let me know if everything is working again after doing this.  I'd advise to uninstall the Facebook app and reinstall it before uninstalling the game app.
