Level 1
Each time I try to buy gold bars or make a purchase, it either says 'purchase failed, store unavailable. Try again' or 'purchase unsuccessful. No money removed from your account'. It is very frustrating, as I could have moved to higher levels some time ago.

Please check for updates for your iPad and its iOS version, as well as for the Candy Crush Saga and the Candy Crush Soda Saga app you got installed.
Also check your iTunes account settings and payment methods. Please restart your iPad afterwards and you should be fine.
