I did not receive the packages I bought. I also do not get rewards I earn. Fix this issue please.

I have written to tech support before about this.  They told me several things to try and they did not solve the problem.  I am very upset about earning boosters and never getting them, and now buying booster packages and getting nothing.  You need to fix this problem.  Put the boosters on my account or refund my money $1.99 plus $5.99.  Purchased 9/19/17. Thank you.
