Why do we lose the lives gifted to us when we refresh the page?

Whenever the game crashes or you leave the screen in which you are playing you lose any lives gifted to you once you return to the game

    Hi Nicole A,

    Thank you for posting this here on King Care.

    It is correct that on PC those remain as long as your Facebook session lasts. If you hit F5 or refresh, then these will be gone indeed.

    On mobile those are saved in temporary datafiles..
