Can I transfer my previous account's progress to a new one?

My candy crush progress can't be saved to my new facebook account, although I already deactivated the previous fb and disconnected the fb app from there. How can I transfer the progress to my new account? I've been playing since 2011 or 2012.

I was able to transfer/change the email in the kingdom profile to the new one though. I just can't with the fb.
