Not receiving lives or help requests

This issue just started for me 2 days ago. Friends are not getting my help requests and I'm not getting their's. My one friend had 14 messages (some of which were from me) and they just disappeared. Now she keeps playing and playing and never seems to get the "ask friends" option

Candy Unwrapped Missing
Hello, I actually have 2 separate accounts that I play on. My main account that I had been playing on since May of 2023 is at level 18,494 and the 2nd account is at 1,611. I started the 2nd account in September because I thought it would be fun to start again from the beginning and I haven’t really played on my main…
Help! Level 9606
Only the first gummy dragon dispenses. Then, no matter how I match, clear the board, use striped or wrapped candies or have up to 14 moves left, NO more dragons dispense. Please help!
