Why will Candy Crush on my Android phone not update with Facebook or vice versa

I have gone through and read all of the questions related to my issue and still cannot sync my game. I have uninstalled and reinstalled both Facebook and candy crunch on my phone. I have opened Facebook but do not see anywhere where I can select to add a mobile option. Please advise how I can fix this. Thank you Shannon O'Polka

What two things are your comparing? If you are comparing the levels on your phone with the levels on a pc/laptop they aren't at the same levels. Mobile devices are 30 levels behind the pc/laptop levels. If this is not the answer then please write again giving more details.

I cannot play against my friends on my andriod phone, I used to be able to. My levels are exactly the same, I just cannot play against my friends.What two things are your comparing?
