Missing lives 2818

I have 8X lives this morning, but seems that starting from evening all my lives are missing. How come?

I login again in the mid night... have not seen the lives back yet.

Please fix... it's very frustrated .... I save the lives for the new level... .

Please help. Look forward to receiving your reply soon.

Pins are missing
i was well on my way to completing the pins but the app restarted and now them pins tab is no longer available
In app purchases
Cannot make in app purchases. Works one day then goes for weeks with “cannot connect”. I’ve tried all the suggested fixes but nothing works! King is losing money. Please fix!
Frustration
why is it you’ve basically made it impossible to pass levels unless the player pays for extra moves??? This game has become a joke! I’ve played the level I’m on about 100 times and never came close to passing if??? Is this just a money grab at this point because it 100% feels that way!!!
I lost win streak because add stuck.Can you help me to recover that?I had 3000+ win streak.
