When I try to empty my piggy bank it gets stuck on counting the bars. It ha already accepted my pay

My Apple account has been charged but I don’t get the bars.  I have been charged at least 8 or 9 times trying to get the bars and it keeps failing.  How do I get credit to my apple account?
