Cant access the Kingdom

Every time I try to play over the last week or so it says I can't access the Kingdom right now. 

I have restated my phone  (Samsung S7 Edge) and uninstalled and reinstalled the game a few times. Changed from data to Wi-Fi and back. Still no access to the Kingdom I'm afraid I might loose my levels (1624). What can I do to get this fixed please?
