Didnt receive bonus hours and boosters from 2nd level of Halloween special

I did receive the boosters from 1st round of play, after completing 5 levels but then I completed the 2nd round and did not receive the extra hrs of free play nor the boosters.  Is this a glitch? I used some bought boosters to finish and feel cheated.  How many levels are there in the Halloween ride?

Several others are having this issue with the Halloween doors. You get to the door and don't get your free hour of lives. As the user above says you feel very cheated when you purchase items and use them to reach a door, then you do not get your reward. I have used several lollipops to get to these doors and at least twice i haven't been given my free hour of lives. Not happy
