Questionable levels

Having been a long time player of the game I truly believe that a number of the levels are only achievable using in app purchased "power ups" having played this game to the level I have achieved " maximum possible level I now genuinely believe a lot of these levels are in fact rigged to be impossible without spending a small fortune. I believe this to be very unfair and misleading of the game makers. I would like to request a refund of all that I've spent and I'm quite happy to delete the game and never play it again. It is almost to the extent of extortion in some cases.

As a long time player of Candy Crush Saga I presume you are aware that it is a blended mix of luck and skill, like in all of our games.  

Starting boards are randomly generated in levels and from then onward it is mainly your skill of determining which moves to make which will affect the outcome of that level.

As you progress through the game, moving up through the Candy Crush Saga levels, more challenging the levels will become. 

We constantly add new features and content to keep the games stimulating and interesting and to keep our valued players engaged and challenged.

On the other hand, we provide challenges in Candy Crush Saga which enable you as a player to win boosters which can be used in game. 

I can assure you that we never interfere with a player's board and that all levels can be passed without purchasing a single item. It may seem very difficult at times but with a little perseverance, a lot of patience and a little luck you will get there. 

If you are stuck on particular level then there are a wealth of YouTube videos available online from players that can help you gain a new insight into how to approach the level.
