Hi, I was on level 408 in candy crush saga and lost progress. Please help

hi team, I lost all my progress on candy crush saga . Was on level 408(on iPad) and now went down to 1 while trying to connect to FB. Don't have any email I'd linked to it too. Please help me . Thanks in advance. Raised a question a week back and haven't got a response. Raising this again in the hope of getting a response/answer. The email id to be connected with is suryakala02@gmail.com

Most of the time my game is disconnected
I play in iran and i should use vpn to conect and play, but most of the time my vpn is conect but my game is disconnecting. I am a old player and i am playing during 13 year and my level is 8434, i am iranian person not a government please let us to continue connection 🙏
Recover history and levels
I got a new phone and I've lost all of my history. I was on level 6,658. How do I get that back?
