I am unable to sync my account from my iPhone to either Facebook or King.com.
My phone has me on level 1310, facebook has me on level 1 and king.com has me on level 1292.
When I attempt to sync to facebook, I get the error, "Sorry, you don't have access to the kingdom right now. Please try connecting later."
When I attempt to connect to king.com, I get the error, "oops an unknown error occurred."
I have attempted the following troubleshooting steps:
1.) Switching between wifi and cellular data.
2.) Restarting the app.
3.) Logging out of the app store and restarting the device, then logging back into the app store and reopening candy crush.
4.) Ensuring that both the app and IOS are up to date.
I have some powerups saved up, so I would prefer not to loose them.
