i have been playing as a guest for years (more than 4 years) and my level was over 2100. I linked it to Facebook few days ago and lost all data. It took me back to level 1. Please advise.
Question, did someone actually help you and get your progress back? They said they can only get me back to a general idea of where I was. It's been 3 days since they said they would help but have not heard back or gotten my levels restored.

I used to be able to play candy crush on my laptop by going in through Facebook. Now it takes me to a website and I can't figure out how to play except on my phone or iPad on the app. Can someone tell me if it is possible to play on my laptop or desktop?
