Candy crush on Android has lost connection with Facebook, Google Play, etc.

I cannot purchase my piggy bank or even receive new boosters won in the course of playing the game. This started yesterday. I cannot connect to facebook to record my progress.

It's acting like I'm on Airplane mode with no internet connection, but my internet is fine, both on WiFi and off.

One of the blogs says to download the latest version of Candy Crush from Google Play (I have no updates pending). I am afraid to do this - don't want to my progress - I'm at a pretty high level.

Any suggestions?

I solved the problem by deleting the Candy Crush app and reinstalling. Luckily I had saved with Facebook, I only lost about 20 levels that I had passed since the app went offline.

I checked and there are no apps available for either Candy Crush or Android OS. I have restarted the phone several times. I also cleared cache on the Candy Crush app, and performed a hard stop on the app.

Phone: SAMSUNG-SM-G900V

Android version: 5.0.

Android security patch level: 2016-02-01

Got Booster Wheel Jackpot, But It Didn't Include the 15min UFO
I got the booster wheel spin jackpot today, and it looks like it's supposed to include everything that shows on the wheel. However, there was no 15 min unlimited UFO blaster (it showed it in the graphic showing you won the jackpot, but it was not in my boosters). Is this a known issue or just a one off glitch?

Most of the time my game is disconnected
I play in iran and i should use vpn to conect and play, but most of the time my vpn is conect but my game is disconnecting. I am a old player and i am playing during 13 year and my level is 8434, i am iranian person not a government please let us to continue connection 🙏
