Why can't y'all seem to resolve the issue of the prize boxes?

I'm on level 904 the prize boxes are on 840, I've done all updates and this is a recurring issue. I would really love to get my rewards which are well over due. I look forward to the free game play that I get from the boxes but it's been quite a while since I received my deserved free game play, I hope this gets resolved soon.
