It's Wednesday and Candy Crush has me sitting at level 2900 and won't let me progress. Help!

The new episode containing levels 2901-2915 will be released on pc next Wednesday. Currently, level 2900 is the last on web version.

I noticed that the musical event disappeared while I was playing the last set (9) I finished but I didn't get any rewards because the event disappeared
The event had 1 day left and just disappeared! I was so close to the finish. Make it right please. Also, you can't chat with the bot on the help center of the app on Android, the bottom screen function buttons cover the text field and you can't click on it to start typing.
