Playing candy crush signed into facebook using exact same details. PC is windows 10 using chrome with all latest updates. Laptop is windows 7 using chrome with all latest updates. Laptop takes me to level 1. On PC i have completed all available levels at 2900. All settings and info are the same on each device in facebook & candy crush. Whilst playing on laptop it asks me to sign in to facebook which i have already done and playing the game within facebook. Asked the question to king and got a useless automated response.
