Game starts at level 1 ..even tough i was at higher levels of 2800+

Hi after connecting to facebook..game always starts at level 1..it is very disappointing as the loading time has increased and on top I cannot play as it starts at level 1..is there any help..can someone assist to resolve the issue ?
