Problem between PC and mobile

So I was playing Candy Crush on PC, but now I sold that PC away, so I want to play it on another PC, but for some reason when I started a game I was put on to a start!!! On Level 1!

But when I connected to my phone I was still on Level 1503. So what can I do, cause I can´t play it on phone cause it´s too laggy.
