HELP IVE LOST ALL MY PROGRESS

So I play candy crush saga, jelly and soda. I played without having an account on them and then I decided to connect to Facebook so I could also play on my iPad but it took me back to level 1 so I logged out of Facebook but they’re all still on level 1. Have I lost everything? I even spent real money on them! Help!
