I started playing "candy crush Saga" about 3 years ago.Now I would like to reset the game and play from level 1, as if I had never played before.Can you help me on that and have the game completely reset?

If you played through Facebook or the Kingdom it can't be reset to level 1 because they save your progress. If you never played through the Kingdom then you might want to set up an account just for the games. Read about it here: https://care.king.com/en/blog/article/remember-to-connect-to-kingdom-1
