Not getting rewards from Candy Crush

I play Candy Crush Daily. On the Treat Calendar, last night I got my Day 6 prize. This morning I log in and try to get the day 7 prize, and it only gave me the Day one prize. This has happened before. What are you guys doing? My ID number is ID: 2111858113I sign in on Facebook. My email address is georgeyoungapts@gmail.com. I'm on level 1710, so I'm not a rookie.  I use a desktop PC.
