Lost over 200 lives on my kindle today. They are still there on my I phone. Kindle and iPhone does not sync
Unfortunately King cannot reimburse you for boosters if they were rewards from the challenges. You can only get reimbursed for purchased items.

When you play on a mobile device you are able to play it offline too so any lives or boosters can be lost at any time there is a crash, or system update or even updating the game to the next episode. King tells the players who use devices not to accumulate them. You are fortunate that they are still on your phone but please be careful because at any time you could lose those too.

If the musical event doesn’t work and they refund everyone’s coins, then none of us should play this game anymore because it’s a scam. And personally, I love playing Candy Crush and I spend a lot of money on it — I spend around $70 just to get 300 gold bars.
The event had 1 day left and just disappeared! I was so close to the finish. Make it right please. Also, you can't chat with the bot on the help center of the app on Android, the bottom screen function buttons cover the text field and you can't click on it to start typing.
Why? Does this happen often. I was getting into playing the game but not so sure if I'll be playing anymore.
