Been playing for several years. Have gotten new phones throughout and never lost my progress. App hadn’t opened for several months, so I finally decided to reinstall it. Lost all my progress, and now it says my email is not in the database. Had Never logged in through Facebook, because at the time I did not have a Facebook acct. I have already tried to reach you, and was sent to a question forum.
