No rewards

I was playing candy crush saga they had the contest going for popsicle island. I came in first place on the contest and never received any rewards. I wasn't able to claim anything because I was sick for a couple days and didn't play candy crush and now I can't collect my rewards? It didn't even give me the option of the contest has ended see where you placed. When the contest was at 2 hours left I had over 6800 stripes made and was in the number #1 spot. With second place having 3800 stripes made.

Hi, yes I still need the help. I never received any rewards for the gummy planet challenge when I came and 1st place. I do have a screen shot of my finishing place

Sure but I have a question this was an old question. I had submitted a new question because I had the same problem recently with the gummy planet challenge. Can you help me out with the gummy planet it ended last week, I came in first place and got no rewards. If you can tell me how to upload the screenshot I can do that for you.

I know how to do that. I'm trying to add the picture so you can see it. I can't find an option on this board to add an upload picture. So how can i get the picture to you

Very easy to do!  Just above where you are going to type in your new comments there are 3 icons.   The middle icon is for uploading pictures so click on it and it will open where you have the print screen.  Click on the print screen and it should add it to your message here.
