I've been experiencing loading problems for way too long now. It is really frustrating losing lives when the game crashes or, like this morning, I have passed level 2195 and it crashed before updating, so I need to pass it again. We did not ask for the changes you have made. I am not saying that these are bad, but what is the point of developing a game if you cannot make it work??? I have disabled everything on my laptop which might use memory whilst playing, but the game is still crashing on a daily basis... Sometimes it loads again on the old version (which I do not really mind, as long as I can play), and sometimes it stays this way for days... clearing cache did not help neither, and it's the same on Chrome, Mozzilla and Edge. The question is simple: can you fix the loading issue: yes or no? I have six more games which I used to play, if the problem will persist I will just simply turn to another preference, as most probably other thousands of players will and already did.
