Level 1500, reset to level 1

I was playing with user name Numzi on an Android phone. The game was not connected to FB and I had not entered any email as these two conditions are not required to play the game.Tried connecting with my FB to take the game to another device and now I am back at Level 1.Can the game be restored back to level 1500?
