I am on level 1590 but somehow all my boosters have diappeared. What happened to them & why?

But my device did not crash then too I lost my boosters
Hi Riketa, sorry for the delay in responding but thank you for writing us here at King Care. Are you still having this issue? Do you still need help? Unfortunately when you play the game on a mobile device any crash, updates of your mobile device or updates with new levels for the game can cause you to lose all boosters and lives because they are just saved to your device so that you can play it offline.
