Game just WON'T LOAD! I AM GETTING REALLY FED UP!

I am repeating myself, but can't do differently, as every day is always the same. In the mornings i used to play about an hour. That's the time I have, as after work I can hardly find time for it. For the past two weeks, I haven't played not even one game from my laptop!!! Are you going to fix the loading problem? I find it hard to believe, as you never even bothered to reply to my previous messages...I'd appreciate a reply. Tnx
