deleted data and cache from my phone, so lost my progress, help please

I lost my progress, I was at 500 because I stupidly deleted data and cache to make space on my phone, can you help please?

I have the same problem, but was above 1400 when one kindle died and it has been replaced.....but back to level ONE?? I would rather "quit"...CashmomHi Maureen- Welcome to King Care!
