When I search walk thru's for level 2959 on Candy Crush, they get 27 moves. On my moblie and desktop, I only get 18 moves. Why the difference?

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
