why do my boosters keep disappearing

I had at least 20 to 30 of most of all the boosters and they keep disappearing. Ive tried all the steps that have asked me too, this hasnt just happened on this game, also candy crush soda saga and jelly. this is very frustrating. Ive been playing forever . Please help me with this. I would like them back

Hi there, sorry for the delay in responding. Are you still having this issue? Do you still need help? Please note that boosters are only saved to your device so if there is an IOS update, or a game update or a crash on your phone you can lose all these boosters. It is suggested that you don't store these for future use.
