Moms levels lost

Got my mom a new iPad. She lost all her levels on candy crush. Please help. If she logs in through fb it doesn’t work. Her email doesn’t work either. It’s either sportsmom325@comcast.net or sportsmom325@icloud.com. Please let me know what I need to do. Thanks.
