Purchased holiday bundles and didn’t receive.

Hello, 

I attempted multiple purchases of the holiday bundle yesterday and each time it said purchase not completed your account will not be charged.  Well my account was charged and the items were not received.  

I would still like these items, and if that isn’t possible a refund.
