Hi Jacqui, sorry for the delay in responding but thank you for writing us here at King Care. You haven't mentioned if you are playing on a mobile device or computer. If it's on a mobile device, you can lose loves and boosters at any time because those are saved on the device. It could even happen with an update. King discourages you from saving these on a mobile device for that reason.
