Purchased gold bars - nothing showing up

I tried to purchase 3 lollipop hammers within a game. It took me to the page to purchase 15 gold bars as an in app purchase. The purchase said it did not go through. I completed the purchase them again. This time it said it went through.The lollipop hammers never showed up within the game. Apple has charged me for 2 purchase of 15 gold bars for $2.79 each today and I have received nothing for them.Please either refund me my money or add 6 lollipop hammers to my account/ game.Thanks Lisa

Hi Lisa, I am going to elevate this to a King Admin.  Please be patient because they are responding to quite a few issues at the moment.  You should get a private message from a King Admin.  Since it's the weekend you might not get a response until Monday but you will be able to see the "1" on the envelope  at the top right of your profile page.  That number will be represented by the fact that a King Admin responded to you privately.
