I logged into Candy Crush using my Facebook account on my new iPad but it is starting at me level 1 instead of level 1344. Can you please help me?

Hi there, I'll try to help you with this issue. As long as you are playing the game through Facebook then you should be able to get your levels back. Log out of Facebook and then log back in. It should bring you back to your current level. You might also have to clear the history, then log out and log back in. That should resolve the problem.
