i was on level 1400 give or take a few and I got the iPhone update and I’m back to level one! I’ve been playing this game for 3 years. Could you look my phone info up and restore my progress? I’ve also spent way too much money on this game.

Hi Joe, sorry for the delay in responding but thank you for writing us here at King Care. Are you still having this issue? Have you been playing the game through Facebook or the Kingdom because they save your levels. If you haven't then your levels won't be saved. Please write back and I can then offer you further information.
