I have been playing since 2013 and was close to level 3,000. About a month ago, my phone crashed. When I re-installed Candy Crush it took me back to Level 1. I tried to sign into my account (I thought I had one), but apparently I didn't. King Care FAQs said to create an account, play one level, and then contact Customer Care to re-instate my game progress. I followed this. I have tried contacting Customer Care to get my levels back FIVE times. Each time they send a form response with no actual answer, no levels re-instated, and telling me to go look for answers back at King Care. King Care is why I tried contacting them in the first place. I'm so confused?? What else am I supposed to do?! I asked to go back to level 2,950 because that was roughly where I remember being.
Hi Jules, sorry for the delay in responding but thank you for writing us here at King Care. I am going to elevate this to a King Admin and she will write you here with a solution. Always make sure that you play the game through Facebook or the Kingdom because they save your progress.
