I can't continue from my present level

I was on level 566 before I changed phone. So, I had to download another candy crush saga and input my email hoping to start from that same level but what am seeing is level 1 . I can't start from the beginning again. I have done that before but no longer. Please help

Hi Ezeani, sorry for the delay in responding but thank you for writing us here at King Care.  Have you been playing through Facebook or the Kingdom because they save your progress.  If not, then your levels weren't saved.  What level are you at right now?  Perhaps I can elevate this to a King Admin for further help but please, please, please always play through Facebook or the Kingdom.
