Lost my progress on phone when changing my phone
To play at 'Candy crush saga', I only download this game in my phone without to connect to my FB account.
When i changed my phone, it put me back to level 1. And I'm at level 690!!!

Hi Veronica, sorry for the delay in responding but thank you for writing us here at King Care. If you aren't playing the game through Facebook or the Kingdom then your progress won't be saved at all. Please let me know where you are at as of today and I can try to elevate this to a King Admin who might be able to assist you. Please, please, please from now on play through Facebook or the Kingdom otherwise you are going to keep having this problem.
